He started his career in the 90s as a SAP consultant. For 15 years he has specialised in providing advanced solutions for Customers of the energy sector. He took part in over 30 big advisory and implementation projects within the scope of ERP, SAP for Utilities, SAP CRM for Utilities as well as other products and services connected with advanced customer care.
As a Strategy Architect he was co-responsible for creating new standards of market communication in the liberal gas market in Poland basing on SAP IDE and EDIFACT. Cooperating with SAP, he developed SAP for Utilities within the scope of methods of billing and booking (specific for Polish market). By this, he fitted the system to Polish law requirements.
